Hope Apparel Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high‑volume periods or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions within the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


Wrong Address or Missing Information

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at emflp1@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address, and you may be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it. Please note that Hope Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
